Aggressive dog policy.

 

All customers are required to advise me at the time

of booking if their dog has aggressive tendencies. I

reserve the right to refuse to groom any dog which

poses a risk of harming me or itself while being

groomed. Any dogs that have shown aggression in the

past will no longer be accepted for grooming.

If your dog has been accepted for grooming and

displays aggression during the session the groom will be

terminated immediately and you will be asked to come

and collect your dog even if the groom is only partially

completed. In this instance, you will be required to pay

the FULL PRICE as I will be unable to reallocate the

appointment at that point. No more appointments will

be taken for that dog.

All customers will be asked to confirm that they have

read this policy and provide their signature as

acceptance that the terms outlined in this policy will

be adhered to.

Cancellations.

 

I require AT LEAST 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. If 24 hours notice is not provided you will be liable for the price of the appointment as this does not give me enough time to fill the appointment.  If this is not paid then no more bookings will be taken. Cancellations should be made either by phone call or through my Facebook page.

 

Missed appointments.

 

 All missed appointments will be charged at the full appointment fee (as quoted at time of booked or as per price from previous appointments).  If this fee is not paid then no more bookings will be taken.
